Christian Studies, M.A.


The Master of Arts Christian Studies (MACS) is a Seminary degree that provides a graduate level introduction to the theological disciplines. The degree is designed to prepare students for further graduate study or for general educational purposes. This 39 hour degree can be completed entirely through distance education. The Distance Learning Office will offer courses for the MACS in online, hybrid, and extension center formats in accordance with their regular rotation. Students may also take MACS courses on campus.

Admission Requirements

Applicants should have an accredited Bachelor’s degree.

*Students should register for GEN7500 during their final semester in the program. Students who do not complete this course in one semester will be required to enroll in IND 7000 - MA Continuous Enrollment  in each successive semester until the requirements for this course are completed.
