DMN 8303 - Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation
A practical and analytical study of conflict and conflict resolution related to Christian groups and local churches will occur in this course. Special attention will be given to church polity, the role of personality, and the role of power and authority in conflict and conflict resolution. Students will learn new methodology and skills to resolve organizational and personal conflict. Biblical and theological insights will provide the guidance necessary to facilitate reconciliation. 3 semester hr(s).
