MAT 1600 - College Algebra A study of Algebra that includes the properties and graphs of linear, quadratic, exponential, logarithmic, and polynomial functions. This course also covered inequalities, exponents, radicals, sequences, series, systems of equations, and other special equations. This class assumed a working knowledge of integer arithmetic and basic linear equations. 3 semester hr(s). Prerequisite(s): Placement via score on SAT, ACT, or CLT and Math Placement Exam.
