DMN 8206 - Biblical Anthropology & Development of Students

This course offers an advanced study of development issues occurring during adolescence with special emphasis on how these issues inform ministry to students. While students will consider the areas of physical, emotional, and psychological development, as well as prominent cultural influences, special focus will also be given to developing a biblical anthropology and comprehension of identity that is rooted in the imago dei. By gaining a more holistic understanding of the identity of teenagers, leaders will be equipped to minister more effectively to the whole student, thus enhancing efforts in disciple-making.
