DMN 8208 - Great Commission Cultural Engagement with Students & Families
In this advanced course, students will consider how intentional cultural engagement can provide opportunities to help students and families cultivate spiritual wisdom and understanding. Emphasis will be placed on how the metanarrative of Scripture and biblical theology can provide frameworks for discerning cultural topics in light of God’s eternal redemptive plan. Class participants will be challenged to consider how gaining a more robust understanding of the full expression of the gospel can generate naturally relevant and authentic evangelistic interaction.
