EDD 8114 - Leadership, Management, and Organizational Theory
A study of theoretical approaches to leadership, management and the development of organizations with a keen eye to the scientific merit and potential contribution of leadership and organizational development. It includes a review of best practices and most recent research of organizational design, as well as analysis of worldview assumptions associated with each leadership theory.
