EDD 8113 - Leadership, Culture, & Context

A study of the principles for leadership contextualization and cultural relevance. The course will focus on how contextual dynamics develop leaders and shape the process and methods for leading effectively. Students develop skills for identifying contextual facts, understanding the factors impact on context, and adjusting to effectively lead in the context.
