This course explores the methods, trends, and development of global theology, with specific attention to ways in which local culture, philosophies, politics, and religion impact theological development. This course will utilize a biblically derived hermeneutic to interpret both the biblical text and local contexts. This hermeneutic will also be used to analyze contemporary global theological trends. 3 semester hr(s).
