The purpose of the Master of Arts Apologetics and Christian Philosophy is to prepare persons for entrance in a Ph.D. program for the purpose of teaching within an academic setting or working within church ministries designed to have an effective voice in the public square. It is also a preparatory degree for those who wish to do work in philosophical theology or in cultural missions.
Admissions Requirements
Students applying to this program must have a Bachelors degree with at least a 3.0 GPA, as well as 6 hours of biblical studies, 6 hours of theological studies (an introductory philosophy course is required), and 6 hours of ministry area studies. All of the prerequisites are at the baccalaureate level or higher.

*Note: Students who do not complete this course in one semester will be required to enroll in IND 7000 - MA Continuous Enrollment in each successive semester until the requirements for this course are completed.
