Christian Counseling

The major in Christian Counseling is designed for undergraduate students seeking to prepare for a life of ministry with a concentration in counseling from a Christian worldview. This major incorporates the basics of psychology and then focuses the course work in Biblical Counseling. This program is ideally suited for those who seek further training as Christian counselors at the graduate level.

B.A. General Electives - 21 Hours
In addition to a selected major and a Christian Studies minor, all baccalaureate students must complete at least 21 hours in additional courses, which may be applied toward a second major or a second minor. In order to graduate, baccalaureate students must complete at least 127 credit hours. Any hours remaining after the student’s major and the Christian Studies minor may be used as free electives.
