Ministry Leadership, MA


The Master of Arts with a concentration in Ministry Leadership is a graduate degree that prepares students to lead at every level in the local church and Christian ministry. This program exposes students to practitioners in the field of leadership in both the Christian marketplace and the church. Students will learn to evaluate, design, and implement leadership principles to deal with change, conflict, and growth in their unique ministry context.

Admission Requirements

Admission to this program is limited to persons holding a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent who also meet all other admission requirements for the Seminary.

Degree Requirements

Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership students must complete 37 hours of core studies and 12 hours of prescribed Ministry Studies Area courses, for a total of 49 semester hours of credit with an overall GPA of 2.0 or better.
