Christian Ethics

The Bachelor of Science in Christian Ethics equips students to construct a biblical framework through which to understand how God’s righteousness is applied to all aspects of life and to engage culture in a thoughtful manner. This program is ideal for those seeking vocational training through the BS program and for those seeking additional theological training at the seminary level.

B.S. Christian Ethics - 21 Hours


B.S. Elective Options - 39 Hours


Elective hours may be used toward the B.S. vocational requirement, which must be satisfied by one of the following options:

  1. Transfer into Judson College with a tent-making vocational A.A./A.S. degree from a community college;
  2. Dual enroll at Judson College and a community college in order to receive theological and vocational training at the same time; students must provide documentation from the community college outlining the vocational degree or certification requirements they will be pursuing;
  3. Complete the Business Minor ;
  4. Complete the Teaching Licensure Track as part of the English (with Teaching Licensure Track) History (with Teaching Licensure Track) , or Social Studies (with Teaching Licensure Track)  majors.

 

Any unused electives after the Business Minor  or vocational transfer credits may be used to take any undergraduate level courses as free electives. 

Please ensure that you communicate to the Registrar’s Office which of the vocational requirement options you are pursuing.

 

 

Continuous Enrollment
If a student is not actively enrolled in classes at Southeastern for a year, their account will become inactive. Students must be enrolled in a Continuous Enrollment course to avoid going inactive if pursuing vocational electives elsewhere. Students should inform the Registrar’s Office (registrar@sebts.edu) when they are taking elective courses elsewhere and not actively taking courses at Southeastern.
