The LEAD Program focuses on the development of knowledge and competencies in three basic ministry results areas: Leadership, Education, and Discipleship. The M.Div. with a track in Ministry Leadership builds upon the requirements of the M.A. in Ministry Leadership and the M.A.C.E. giving the student an opportunity to do focused study in a particular area of ministry.
