BUS 3500 - Project Management
This course provides a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for the effective management of projects. Students will learn both Traditional and Agile Project Management. Class materials will cover such topics as project planning, leadership, stakeholder management, human resource management, global sourcing, risk management, measuring project value, and leading change; workshops on estimation, scheduling, and negotiation. Students will conduct a project with real-world implications.
