BUS 3700 - Legal and Ethical Environment of Business
This course focuses on the legal system as it relates to the operation of business organizations. Federal and state regulations, as well as common law, will be examined in order to understand the legal, ethical, and social responsibility of business decisions. Topics will include an introduction to protection, agency and partnership, contracts, the Constitution, criminal law, ethics, and fiduciary trust. Legal and ethical issues will be examined from a biblical worldview.
