BUS 3000 - Management and Organization Behavior This course introduces students to the management process as a means of working with people to accomplish organizational goals. Organizations are treated as dynamic entities affected by individual and group behavior as well as structural and environmental factors. Topics covered include group dynamics, motivational theory, and applications from the behavioral sciences to business organizations. The methods of planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling the organization will be examined. Typically Offered: Even Falls 3 semester hr(s).
