BUS 4800 - Business Strategy


This course serves as the capstone integrative course for the undergraduate business program. Therefore, the course focuses on the analysis of the organization’s situation relative to its competitors, the development of strategic alternatives for the organization, the selection of alternatives, and the implementation of alternatives. The course requires the integration of the knowledge and skills developed in the business courses which cover the functional areas of business. Typically Offered: Even Springs
