BUS 4100 - Human Resource Management This course focuses on recruitment, selection, utilization, and development of human resources, with emphasis on employee-management relations. The course is designed to assist managers in developing strategies and procedures related to employee selection, training, evaluation, compensation, labor relations, and personnel planning. Federal legislation on labor law will also be presented. The course included approaching employee and employee-management relationships from a biblical worldview.
