Humanities Minor

The minor in Humanities introduces students to the influential ideas of Western civilization. Students read great works of literature, history, philosophy, theology, and political theory and interact with them from a Christian perspective.

Minor Requirements

Students must take the following courses to complete the minor in Humanities:

HUM 3510 - Seminar in Theology & Culture 3 semester hr(s).
HUM 3520 - Seminar in Philosophy and Science 3 semester hr(s).
HUM 3530 - Seminar in History and Politics 3 semester hr(s).
HUM 4599 - Humanities Colloquium 3 semester hr(s).
PHI 2100 - Western Culture & World Religions 3 semester hr(s).
ENG 2100 - Survey of World Literature 3 semester hr(s).
